Laura Oatman is a licensed architect, small business owner and mother of five who has deep roots in Orange County, having graduated from UCI before receiving her Masters in Architecture from UCLA. She is a passionate advocate for the environment, women’s rights, education and health care, and lives in Newport Beach with her husband of 33 years.

Harley Rouda is a successful businessman, philanthropist and attorney, who created the firm Real Living, and now serves in a leadership position in successful firms in a variety of industries,
including firms in real estate, retail, and a variety of other industries. He’s had diverse and extensive success in companies of all sizes and scopes, ranging from small start-ups to national conglomerates over his career, and in cultures that are well defined or are trying to find their way due to mergers and changing environments. He received an MBA from The Ohio State University, and a J.D. from Capital University Law School. Harley lives in Laguna Beach with his wife; Kaira, and their four kids
